Duties:

  • To perform the receptionist and secretariat duties, to provide general administrative and clerical support to the senior management and the team;
  • To assist in preparing and checking programme schedule, ticketing forms, publicity materials and assessment reports;
  • To assist in collating returns and statistical figures, and organising those data into tables, charts and graphs for regular and ad hoc meetings;
  • To keep and update the filing record;
  • To prepare the related marketing materials and documents for senior’s meetings;
  • To handle the relocation works of venue office and storage area for the team during the renovation project of Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre; andTo perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and be lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
  • Diploma holder or equivalent from a Hong Kong tertiary institution;
  • Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
  • Have at least two (2) years’ post-qualification full-time working experience, with experience in project management and/or committee work in Government offices is preferred;
  • Have proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and data management skills, Power-point, Chinese Word processing and webpage updating; and
  • Be responsible and have good communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
