We are hiring! To candidates with Non-Degree Tertiary which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of , we Journey International Limited, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as admin / customer service assistant and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Tsim Sha Tsui and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive monthly base salary from HK$14,000 - HK$17,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

Handle phone, Whatsapp & Email enquiry

Follow up each customer case and settle customer problem

Filing documents such as contracts, invoices and client information

Handle daily administrative duties

General clerical duties and manage the CRM system Product & Market Research

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above

Fresh graduate is welcomed

Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office is essential

Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure.
