Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting functions;
- Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain accounting record;
- Maintain proper accounting records and procedures;
- Work with internal functional teams / clients to verify and record daily transactions;
- Assist annual audit and ad hoc project.
Job Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in financial accounting;
- High diploma in Accounting, or related field; Higher degree is a plus;
- Relevant experiences in freight forwarding industry would be definitely an advantage;
- Proficiency in computer skills, in particular MS Office Excel;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Independent, self-motivated, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Immediate available is preferred;
- More experience will consider as Senior Accounting Executive.
