- Assist in preparing invoices and vouchers
- Assist in handling accounts receivable and payable
- Assist in preparing accounting entries & financial management accounts
- Assist in administrative and office operations duties
- Perform ad hoc assignments and duties as required
- Assist in liaising with external auditor
- Higher diploma or above in accounting, finance or related discipline or have prior relevant accounting working experience
- Responsible, self-motivated, attention to details and willing to learn new things
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Applications and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of MYOB system is a plus
- 3 years or more related experience
