Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary HK$14,000 - HK$43,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

We are looking for an Accounting and Admin Manager.

Your responsibilities are:

1/ Finance

–        Manage yearly budget

–        Manage bimonthly financial reports and ensure the appropriate level of communication to various stakeholders

–        Prepare company forecasts (strategic, budget, rolling), get buy-in from management and monitor ongoing execution

–        Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

–        Ensure compliance of statutory accounts, tax and legal declarations

–        Prepare any ad hoc reports, analysis, to support decisions taking measures by management

–        Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

–        Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

–        Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process

–        Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

–        Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

–        General accounts payable functions

–        Maintain vendor files

2/ Cash

–        Manage suppliers payments (approve invoices, review payments, check bank reconciliations)

–        In charge of all treasury related topics (incl. term deposit with the bank)

–        Manage relationship with banks and auditors; including update signatures with the Chamber’s various banks in Hong Kong and oversea

–        General accounts receivable functions

–        Check, verify and process invoices

–        Cash flow forecast

–        Prepare payment

–        Monthly bank reconciliation

3/ HR

–        In charge of employee payroll functions

–        Liaise with Inland Revenue Department

–        Medical insurance

4/ ADMIN

–        In charge of all the Administration 

–        Liaise with General Secretary for Annual Returns, ND2A, various resolutions (eg. change of powers, of directors, etc.)

–        Office insurance

–        Make sure that all complies with HK laws, notably in relation with its existing licenses: anticipate, prepare and submit all relevant documents when needed (i.e. change of directors, Exec. Director, change of business address, etc.)

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

– Proficiency in full MS suite

– Fluent in English, Cantonese 

– Immediately available is preferred
