Job Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum and all-round financial management duties including accounting entries, preparing month-end closing of financial statement, and liaising with auditors for annual audit;
- Work closely with and advise other departments on finance-related matters, and support the continuous improvement of workflow and procedures
- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end closing and inter-company reconciliation
- Responsible for monthly financial and management reports and analysis, financial planning and tax reporting
- Providing financial reports, including monthly accounts, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts on a timely and accurate basis.
- Liaise with bankers and auditors on all finance and accounting related matters
- Keep reviewing daily cash flow, A/R & A/P issues.
- Handle all operations / Finance issues of Asia pacific region
- Assist in liaison and annual review of Banking facilities for international business
- Exercise budgeted control over capital and revenue expenses
- Handle group ad hoc projects and assignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting with 5-8 years of related work experience;
- Proactive, willing to learn, detail-oriented, self-motivated, working independently & well-organized;
- Be proactive and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, especially with business management teams;
- Good Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Candidate with more experience and capability will be considered as Finance Manager.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
