Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Finance Manager;
- Perform general accounting duties, including but not limit to bank reconciliation, inter-co reconciliation, preparing invoice and accounting schedules;
- Handing full sets of account and filing on a timely manner;
- Handle daily operations and administrative duties;
- Liaise with various departments and internal/external auditors; and
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in accounting or equivalent;
- With 2 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and Hong Kong Listed company exposure preferred;
- Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions;
- Experience in Peachtree accounting software will be an advantage;
- Strong communication skills, independent and a good team member;
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Candidates with relevant and more experience will be considered as Accountant; and
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.
