Our Client is an unique, fast growing and corporate digital marketing Service provider. With recent business growth and expansion, They are currently looking for a self-motivated, organized, collaborative, analytical, Account Manager / Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day account duties to maintain a productive relationship with client and various working partners ;
- Understanding client’s business needs and formulating the best digital marketing strategies and actionable ( Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Website development project ) ;
- Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds ;
- Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them with our digital solutions ;
- Coordinating with the internal operation and creative teams to Planning, managing and delivering the digital projects , ensure deliverables are meeting expectations ;
- Strong business sense in maintaining excellent relations with existing clients and scaling up Ad budget ;
- Performing in-depth campaign performance analysis in regular reports ;
- Maintain the contract renewal rate ;
Requirements :
- High diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines ;
- 3 years of account service experience in the Digital, Advertising or Media agency industry or related disciplines, preferably on projects with digital solutions ;
- Have operational knowledge on how to manage key social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (YouTube and Linkedin would be optional) ;
- A strong communicator and a team player ;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English ;
