Th Account Manager position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. The account manager needs to identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by engendering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, Audio Visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client’s needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets.
- Generate and identify sales leads.
- Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and preliminary system design.
- Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation and market share.
- Enhance CONVERGINT brand name and image through sales and marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide a client consultation.
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience. (security-related preferred)
- Fluent in English. (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability.
- Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
- Demonstrated influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact with the sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
