We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of [1-day WFH] International Cosmetic Brand – Customer Service Officer (Mon to Fri/ E-commerce) in our company, TDCX (HK) Limited. We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from HK$14,000 - HK$17,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

What is your mission?
You are also required to perform these job functions:
- Support Multi-national Cosmetic Brands
- Monitor online community trends
- Loyalty program management, track record of managing loyalty programs and/or online communities
- Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers by responding to customer product and order inquiry; Co-ordinate with different department
Who are we looking for?
- A data-sensitive observer
- Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Experiences in complex issues
- Attentive to details, multi-tasking with good organizational skills, able to work independently to meet a tight deadline
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Familiar with the beauty industry is a plus
