工作概要:本兼職職位會按公司的營運需要而輪班工作 –
平日兼職: 所需當值時間為星期一至五
週末兼職: 所需當值時間為星期六、日及公眾假期
對眾多賓客而言，能夠入住香港迪士尼樂園度假區的酒店就像是夢想成真。我們的行李服務款待專員負責於度假區內兩間酒店迎接賓客，協助他們乘坐各種交通車輛，並為賓客運送行李來往客房，讓他們賓至如歸。
職責:
- 為酒店賓客運送行李到不同地點，例如客房、車輛及儲存室等
- 照顧及儲存賓客行李
- 於酒店車路指揮交通及維持秩序
- 需要在戶外地點工作
- 主動為賓客提供協助，解答問題，並提供有關樂園、度假區及附近地區的資訊
- 我們期望香港迪士尼樂園度假區的演藝人員以禮待人，對賓客保持正面及友善態度，並樂於提供協助，以保持賓客的奇妙體驗
基本條件:
- 初入職者毋須經驗，本公司會提供全面培訓
- 良好溝通技巧
