工作職責：
- 考勤及假期管理
- 負責辦公室日常行政工作，包括採購、設備維護等
- 協助組織公司活動
- 辦公室環境管理、差旅接待
- 協助組織會議，撰寫會議記錄
- 協助制定並優化公司行政制度及流程
- 完成其他上級交給的任務
職位要求:
- 持有大學學位，人力資源或行政管理相關專業
- 從事行政相關工作兩年或以上，零售業優先
- 精通普通話，良好中英文讀寫能力
- 精通Microsoft Office軟件（Word、Excel、PPT）
- 積極主動，良好交際溝通能力，待人友善
- 能即時上班者優先
