崗位職責
主要包括：對外負責公司各類關係管理；對內負責股權事務管理、公司治理、股權投資、籌備董事會和股東大會，保障公司規範化運作等事宜。具體為：
1. 熟悉公司運作，了解資本運作，能對接金融機構、法律中介、會計師事務所等外部資源，獨立處理與各類中介以及政府部門的關係，為公司資本運營提供建議。
2. 負責股東資料管理工作，辦理公司股權登記、轉讓、變更等工作。
3. 協助董事長處理對外相關文案編撰、對外接待安排工作以及對外關係處理和信息歸集整理工作。
4. 負責股權投資的日常投後管理，和被投企業保持溝通，定期投後動態更新。
5. 準備和遞交政府部門要求的公司報告和文件；籌備董事會和股東大會，並負責會議記錄和會議文件、記錄的保管並起草董事會的會議紀要、文件。
6. 聯繫董監高的紐帶，定期聯絡董監高。協助董事會行使職權。在董事會決議違反法律、法規、公司章程等有關規定時，應及時提出異議。
7. 負責行政、人事工作，確保公司日常運營順暢。
8. 承辦董事長交辦的各項工作。
崗位要求
（一）總體要求
1. 具有較高的職業道德素質，能認真遵守法律法規，貫徹執行公司各項決定。
2. 認同和踐行公司價值觀，自覺維護公司利益，具有較強的組織紀律性和保密觀念，勤奮積極，責任心強。
3. 具備履行崗位職責所需的專業知識，具有相關工作崗位的履職經驗或工作業績。
（二）資歷和技能
1. 大專或以上學歷，法律、企業管理、經濟金融相關專業；具有2年以上法務、投後管理的任職經歷。
2. 熟練掌握公司法、僱傭條例等相關法律法規，熟悉投後管理、資本運作以及兼併收購等流程和相關法律法規的優先。
3. 熟悉公司投資的項目，有投資資源整合、項目跟踪能力。
4. 具有較好的文案組織和審核能力，熟練撰寫公關所需文件以及合作文件草案。
5. 協調能力強，思維清晰、敏捷、學習能力強，工作嚴謹細緻。
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件
7. 良好國語、英語 ; 能讀寫中文 、英文
工作類型：全職
薪酬：每月HK$30,00以上
福利：雙糧/ 大假8天起/ 強積金 /醫療
工作時間：每週五天半工作，週一至週五9am – 6pm，週六9am – 1pm
