職責
- 處理客戶的查詢、跟進反饋和處理投訴
- 處理客戶的訂單，例如訂單檢查、訂單制定等
- 負責日常文書工作，包括歸檔、數據輸入等
要求
- 中五或以上
- 1年以上客服工作經驗
- 積極主動，有上進心，有條理，有強烈的責任感
- 良好的中英文書面和粵語
- 精通MS Word、Excel和中英文輸入法
- 可即時上班優先
工作地點: 元朗
工作時間: 星期一至五,上午9時至下午6時 / 星期六長短週
