資歷︰
- 持文憑或以上學歷
- 中學文憑考試五科獲第2級或同等或以上成績(包括中文及英文)，或中學會考五科合格(包括中文及英文)或同等學歷

職責︰
- 負責策劃及推行「基層醫療」相關之社區教育及推廣活動
- 協助帶領運動班及協助專職醫療人員或社工帶領社區健康護理計劃
- 處理前台接待、會員登記、解答電話查詢及撰寫活動紀錄及報告
- 需輪班及外勤工作
此職位屬「項目為本」(project based)性質。
